RFP - ELECTRONIC WASTE COLLECTION PROGRAM

The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District will be accepting sealed bids until Friday, December 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM at 5138 Enterprise Dr., Warren, OH 44481 and opened and read for:

THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORT, PROCESSING, RECYCLING OR LAWFULLY DISPOSING OF ELECTRONICS COLLECTED AT GEAUGA-TRUMBULL SWMD FACILITIES LOCATED IN TRUMBULL AND GEAUGA COUNTIES, OHIO.

​Household Hazardous Waste (HHW)
NOT ACCEPTED THROUGH THE WINTER
We accept chemicals, oil-based paints and other HHW materials only during spring-fall months. We typically start accepting HHW on the Wednesday nearest to Earth Day (April 22nd) through the last Wednesday in October. 

We collect electronics and appliances all year round. 

COVID-19 Precautions:

  1. All residents MUST remain in vehicle at all times
  2. Make sure none of your personal items are on/near the items to be dropped off.
  3. Do not hand materials to District staff – we will remove from trunk, truck bed, or back seat
  4. All District staff will have face coverings and gloves. Face coverings for residents are recommended, but not required.
